Palace Entertainment is a subsidiary of Parques Reunidos one of the leading global operators with more than 60 different assets (theme parks zoos and marine parks water parks and other attractions) spread out over various countries across Europe North America the Middle East and Australia.
Operates assigned ride or attraction in accordance with company policy and procedure state and federal regulations and safety protocols. Explains and enforces ride rules and safety regulations. Enforces age and height restrictions as necessary. Controls ride while in progress and constantly monitors the attraction while in operation. Assists guests in and out of ride or attraction in a safe manner. Inspects and ensures emergency matters are brought to the supervisors attention immediately. Assist guests with inquiries and maintains good guest relations at all times. Provides first aid assistance and materials as needed notifies area supervisor. Maintains acceptable level of cleanliness and organization in immediate and surrounding work areas. Performs opening and closing procedures in assigned areas. Performs other duties as required.
