Job Description
Family Medicine OB is Optional (0.6 1.0 FTE)
West Duluth MN
PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS:

- Be part of a department advancing a highquality efficient service model that integrates MDs Aps RNs Cas and other support staff fostering a culture of patientcentered care and staff resilience.
- Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians supported by a dedicated team.
- Access to onsite lab xray (including mammography) urgent care behavioral health community health workers and sports medicine.
- Benefit from an established patient base
- Anticipated work schedule: Monday to Friday with 36 patient contact hours
- Flexible shifts with Clinic hours: 7:15 AM 5 PM (MondayFriday) and 8 AM Noon (Saturday)
- Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai
- Digital XRay with rapid results
- Call schedule: 1 in 12 (phone only)
- Flexible starting FTE: 0.6 1.0
- Optional newborn nursery care (in hospital)
REQUIRMENTS:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice.
LOCATION:
- Duluth MN A vibrant community with a population of over 90000.
COMPENSATION
- $293000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or productionbased compensation.
