Coveris is a leading European packaging company that manufactures flexible packaging solution for some of the worlds most respected brands. The company develops packaging that protects all types of products from food to pet food from medical devices to industrial and agricultural products.
To strengthen our team in the customer support department at CoverisRypinwe are looking forCustomer Service Specialist (m/w/d) to provide a high level of customer care by ensuring all enquiries are responded to in an efficient professional and timely manner. To manage an order from beginning to end and be a touch point for all departments within Coveris.
- Customer care and support.
- Processing customer enquiries via telephone & email.
- Checking fulfillment of orders due.
- Raising customer orders by email & phone.
- Complete weekly stock reports for customers.
- Updating and recording data via internal system.
- Update of Pricing within internal system & customer price lists.
- Effectively manage stock levels and alert external sales towards nonmovement of stock.
- Processing customer complaints to manufacturing site for investigation.
- Strong cooperation with the sales force and various specialist departments.
- Completed commercial high school / college or equivalent training.
- Relevant experience in internal sales customer support ideally in the area of flexible packaging.
- Negotiating skills andstrong communication skills.
- Fluent Polish and good written and spoken English skills.
- Proactive positive mindset with can do attitude.
- Team player with the ability to multitask andworking independently.
- Good IT skills (knowledge of MS Office).
- High degree of personal responsibility as well as personal development opportunities and space for initiative.
