Role Description
Ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in driving our companys growth and expansion of scaleban solutions in various industries in Gujarat region. This role involves strategic planning robust market analysis and the execution of sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the capital goods industry B2B with deep expertise in the field of wastewater management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Engineering plus an MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute.
  • Years of professional experience in B2B.
  • The candidate should possess strong effective presentation delivery skills.
  • Capability to build and lead a team.
  • Proven experience of business development in the field of wastewater management/ Capital goods industry preferably with a focus on Zero Liquid Discharge solutions in industrial segments like Chemical Pharmaceutical Power Plant Integrated Steel Plant Fertilizers and Sugar & Distillery with strong knowledge of wastewater treatment/ZLD technologies/ETP.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Demonstrated problemsolving abilities with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Conduct indepth market research to identify and understand target markets. Develop a comprehensive sales plan to achieve business growth and market penetration.
  • Sales Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to ensure the achievement of sales targets. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle ensuring satisfaction and fostering longterm relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop a team of business development professionals to achieve collective and individual goals.
  • Collaboration & Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players stakeholders decisionmakers channel partners to enhance business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Continuously seek innovative solutions and improvements in business practices to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
