CNC Miller

Salary/Hourly Rate:/2022 per hour

Location: Aldermaston

Hours: Flexible start and finish time (40 hours per week)

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Permanent Full Time

The successful applicant will need to have Hurco CNC machining experience and you will be producing small batch parts for a variety of industries including the Aerospace industry.

CNC Miller Requirements:

• To produce one off/small batch parts
• Set/Operate and program (at the machine)
• Selfinspection
• Multiple tool changes per shift
• Working to tight tolerances /0.025

CNC Miller Requirements:

• To be able to Set Operate and Program 3 Axis milling machines ideally with Hurco.
• To be able to program Hurco mills.
• Can debur and selfinspect working using hand tools.
• To have a good knowledge of tooling specification and cutting data.
• Previous experience in a subcontract machine shop
• Be confident with programming CNC Mills (Hurco)

• Can read technical drawings.
