VOTRE FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

Dans ce contexte vous intgrerez le dpartement GO CIO au sein de lquipe IT Governance & Compliance.

Rattach(e) au Chief Information Officer dAXA GO vous aurez pour missions principalesde:

Communication:

o Participer la production la communication et au partage dinitiatives visant faire connatre nos sujets et nos russites (keynotes newsletters rseau social dentreprise etc.).

o Contribuer dfinir lapproche de gestion du changement et accompagner le dpartement dans sa transformation localement et linternational

o Mettre en uvre des processus pour encourager la crativit et linnovation (accompagnement bote ides numrique brainstorming).

o Gestion de la base documentaire du dpartement (SharePoint Confluence Teams) et animation du dpartement au sein de notre espace de travail de communication interne (Microsoft Teams)

o Contribuer la dfinition des orientations stratgiques et innovantes et au pilotage de la transformation en cours

o Diriger et organiser deux trois vnements internes (confrences ateliers sminaires etc.)

Transformation Agile :

  • Participation des crmonies agiles: Assister aux runions de sprint aux revues et aux rtrospectives pour comprendre le processus et contribuer lamlioration continue de lquipe.

  • Support la mise en uvre de pratiques agiles: Aider la mise en place de mthodes agiles comme Scrum ou Kanban au sein des quipes projets.

  • Documentation des processus agiles: Rdiger et maintenir la documentation relative aux pratiques agiles adoptes y compris les rles responsabilits et outils utiliss.

  • Analyse des indicateurs de performance: Suivre et analyser les mtriques agiles (comme la vlocit le taux de livraison) pour valuer lefficacit des quipes et proposer des amliorations.

  • Formation et sensibilisation: Participer lorganisation de sessions de formation ou dateliers pour sensibiliser les quipes aux pratiques agiles.

  • Facilitation des changes entre quipes: Aider crer des synergies entre diffrentes quipes pour partager les bonnes pratiques et les retours dexprience lis lagilit.

  • Suivi de ladoption de lagilit: valuer ladhsion des quipes aux mthodes agiles et identifier les obstacles leur mise en uvre.

  • Veille sur les tendances agiles: Rechercher et analyser les nouvelles tendances et outils en matire dagilit et faire des recommandations sur leur intgration.

Principales responsabilits :

o Crez et grez des canaux de communication internes notamment des newsletters du contenu intranet et des runions dquipe.

o Contribuer au plan de communication de transformation du dpartement

o Rdaction darticles (communication externe et interne)

o Animation de sances de sensibilisation (virtuelles)

o Cration doutils de communication pour les entits pour diffrents niveaux (CIO CFO quipe technique).

o Contribution au plan de gestion du changement

o Contribuer la transformation Agile du dpartement

o Contribution aux projets de transformation du dpartement
