We are looking for a resultsdriven New Market Development Manager (m/f/d) to drive our growth in the hospital sector. In this role you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong relationships with key decisionmakers and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to position our AIdriven solutions in the market develop strategic sales initiatives and contribute to the overall business success. Lead pilot projects with potential hospital clients and integration partners from start to finishset up project plans define success criteria and gather insights to refine our approach.
Analyze customer needs and onsite workflows conduct market research to derive tailored gotomarket strategies
Develop go to market strategy recommendations for hospital clients based on indepth market and process analysis
Identify key use cases for voize in hospitals and drive Proof of Concept projects that showcase our value.
Build and nurture partnerships with integration partners creating strong collaborations that expand our reach.
Develop implementation plans working closely with internal teams to support product development and ensure successful rollouts.
Source and engage hospitals as new customers managing the full lifecycle from first contact to longterm adoption.
Train and support hospital staff ensuring they fully understand and effectively use voize in their daily workflows.
4 years of experience in Business Development Sales Management or a similar role in Healthcare Digital Health or a related field.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with hospital decisionmakers.
Comfortable working directly with nurses and hospital staff including accompanying them on the ward to understand their workflows.
Basic medical knowledge from education internships or practical experience is a plus.
Technical understanding of hospital infrastructure and interface communication (FHIR HL7 interoperability).
Willingness to travel and build longterm relationships with key stakeholders.
Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) to effectively engage with local and international partners.
