About the role
As a Senior Policy Officer Strategic Advice you will provide support and advice to the Heritage NSW Executive Director and senior management team to assist in their strategic decision making and fulfilment of organisational priorities. You will coordinate a range of requests for information or input ensuring the correct information is sourced and presented in a way that is appropriate for its purpose.
The Senior Policy Officer Strategic Advice helps the executive to prepare for and resolve businesscritical issues by identifying and prioritising emerging issues considering opportunities and risks and helping to identify solutions. You will also contribute to projects and initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery of DCCEEWs strategic objectives.

Who we are
DCCEEW conserves and protects the states natural environment. It manages the NSW national park estate including its rich and diverse biodiversity and Aboriginal cultural heritage for future generations.
DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state to support the environment communities and industry.
