About the role

As part of the Showroom team in Canning Vale youll support builders interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom. You will be part of a close knit and encouraging team.

Your day to day

A typical day will involve:

• Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customers dream to life
• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

Wed love to hear from you if youre someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail or sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Might not have experience in bathrooms but is energetic and bubbly takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
• Is proficient in using a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Is open to working various shifts including weekends
• Wants to develop their career either locally within our network (we love to promote people from within)
