Our client a highly regarded provider of care for older adults is looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a beautiful purposebuilt service offering nursing residential and palliative care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate leader to shape and inspire a team delivering exceptional care in a supportive and modern environment.

As the Nursing Home Manager youll be at the heart of the servicedriving quality nurturing a positive culture and ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal care. With full autonomy and the backing of an experienced support team youll manage the daytoday operations of the home while making a meaningful difference in residents lives.

What Were Looking For

  • Nurse qualified (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing home setting
  • Strong leadership communication and organisational skills
  • Indepth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards
  • A passion for personcentred care and team development
