Mate academy is an EdTech startup with a gamified AIpowered LMS platform where people learn IT specialties.
Weve successfully launched in Poland and Brazil and were just getting started.
4500 graduates have landed their first IT jobs after only 4 months of training.
Were hiring a passionate Junior Automation QA Engineer to join our office team. Youll work with the team of professionals that builds our LMS the platform all students use daily.
Tech stack: Playwright TypeScript JavaScript Appium WebdriverIO React Native PostgreSQL Apollo Docker Kubernetes AWS GitHub Actions.
Your skills:
- 1 year of experience in test automation (Playwright or similar)
- Problemsolving mindset and analytical skills
- Good programming skills preferably in TypeScript
- Ability to decompose features and create highquality tests
- Firm grasp of testing theory
- Experience working with Web APIs and SQL
- English level: UpperIntermediate
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with the automation best practices and design patterns
- CI/CD experience Docker and AWS
Your tasks:
- Define and automate endtoend tests for Web and Mobile
- Work with Playwright (UI & API) and WebdriverIOAppium
- Test the iOS and Android apps
- Support daily releases through CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
- Report and verify bugs
- Review product requirements and provide feedback
