Do you enjoy helping people solve tech problems Join a friendly team where you will support customers with their questions about products software and connectivity issues. Youll be the goto person for anything from how a product works to fixing small technical problems.
Your Tasks
- Talk to customers via phone email chat social media or messages
- Answer general questions and provide tech support
- Support with ecommerce software and device connection issues
- Forward complex cases to the next level of tech support
- Work with technicians to solve help tickets
- Manage your own list of support requests
- Keep clear records of all interactions and updates
- Give feedback on support tools and help documents
- Follow the brands style and tone in all communication
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in Finnish and good level of English both written and spoken
- High school diploma (required)
- Strong communication skills
- Good problemsolving abilities
- Comfortable with digital tools and systems
- Able to work in a fastchanging environment
- Open to learning and feedback
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends/holidays)
