Your Job

Youll assist customers with all sorts of questionsfrom setting up their products to solving technical problemsthrough phone email chat and social media.
Your Tasks
- Talk with customers by phone email chat & social platforms
- Answer questions about lighting products services and procedures
- Give technical support before and after a product is purchased
- Log cases record details of each customer issue
- Solve problems and pass complex ones to senior support when needed
- Work with your teammates to resolve support tickets efficiently
- Manage your own task list and follow guidance from your manager
- Give feedback to help us improve how we work
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in Finnish and good level of English both written and spoken
- Focus on solving the customers problem clearly and quickly
- Patience and positivity even when issues are tricky
- A love for tech and finding smart solutions
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
- A team spirityou support others and they support you
- Ability to handle multiple requests and stay organized
