Reporting to the HSE Manager:
The position is based at NCS Survilliers (near Charles De Gaulle Airport).
Scope: Initially the main focus will be the Survilliers facilty.
Specific competencies will be related to the sites pyrotechnic activity (formulation of pyrotechnic preparations and manufacturing of automotive pyrotechnic articles):
- Drafting and monitoring safety studies of pyrotechnic works in collaboration with the local team CSSCT and French administration
- Primary contact for the inspection of powders and explosives IPE and Labor authorities (for the pyrotechnics topics)
- Organizing and conducting pyrotechnic safety tests to evaluate personal or collective protective equipment transport classification risk division and behavior of articles preparations and substances.
- Legal survey compliance assessments between pyrotechnic requirements and legal requirements organizing and monitoring any action needed to reach full compliance
- Participation in the pyrotechnics working group (tests waste regulations etc.) of SFEPA French professional union of pyrotechnical articles and fireworks manufacturer
Requirements:
- Bac 5 education
- Skills in pyrotechnics ICPE/SEVESO/ATEX regulations ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards
- Advanced English knowledge (both written and spoken)
