Job Description

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of a pioneering healthcare organization in the UAE known for transforming patient care through technology. Were seeking highperforming missiondriven professionals to join crossfunctional teams delivering cuttingedge digital health solutions.

Purpose of the Role:

To ensure reliable and seamless support for digital health leadership and team operations across multiple projects and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars and organize meetings across global time zones

Prepare and update dashboards reports and documentation

Maintain trackers for contracts NDAs and vendor coordination

Assist in onboarding/offboarding remote team members (accounts access)

Support logistics for virtual meetings and events

Required Qualifications and Experience:

24 years as an administrative assistant or PMO coordinator

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Familiarity with SharePoint Power BI and virtual event tools

Strong written communication and organizational skills
