Job Description
Hello! At Factorial were looking for a new Partner Account Manager for the French Market to help us boost the company to the next level. Ready to be part of the challenge**The Role As part of the Strategy team you will be responsible for managing partner relationships ensuring that partners and their clients successfully implement Factorial and optimizing operational processes. One of your key challenges will be to ensure our product meets the needs of different clients while maintaining strong relationships with partners.****What will you be doing:
- Manage Partner Relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for partners assisting in onboarding implementation and client troubleshooting.
- Design deliver and manage training programs to equip partners for selling implementing and supporting Factorial.
- Maintain and improve training formats (live and selfpaced) within an LMS for scalability
- Address partner contract invoicing and upsell/downsell needs.
- Gather and document product feedback from partners and clients.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize and communicate product improvements.
- Manage special projects such as API integrations.
- Optimize operational processes including ticketing systems and partner onboarding workflows.
**Your Profile
- Proactivity: Find ways to ensure partner activation and client success with Factorial.
- Fast Learner: Quickly become an expert on the software and keep up with product updates.
- Problemsolving mindset: Propose alternative solutions to unexpected partner and client requests.
- Analytical skills: Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for the Product team.
- Speak nativelevel French.
- Fluent English.
- Previous experience in partner training onboarding implementation or payroll is highly valuable.
- 35 years of similar work experience
- Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus!
