Preferred Criteria:
ProductLed Growth Experience: Proven experience working in productled growth (PLG) companies where the product itself drives customer acquisition expansion and retention.
Lifecycle Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and initial concept through growth and scaleup stages.
Startup to Growth Stage: Experience in scaling a product or company from earlystage development to a mature highgrowth phase focusing on driving user adoption and market penetration.
CustomerCentric Innovation: A track record of leveraging customer insights to guide product development and growth strategies.
CrossFunctional Collaboration in Growth Contexts: Experience working closely with crossfunctional teams (e.g. engineering design sales marketing) in a growthdriven environment ensuring alignment between product features and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the vision and strategy for the Jodo World Framework ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
Growth & Customer Adoption: Develop and execute productled growth strategies that leverage the product itself to acquire expand and retain customers.
Innovation & Enhancements: Continuously innovate and enhance the product by identifying new features and opportunities that drive value for customers and keep the product ahead of competitors.
Technology Evaluation & Implementation: Lead internal projects to evaluate and implement new technologies and frameworks that support the companys growth and improve transparency in operations.
SOP Documentation & Monitoring: Oversee the creation documentation and monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across functions to ensure scalability and support for rapid growth.
Scaling Operations: Lead efforts to scale product operations ensuring processes and systems evolve with the product.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering design marketing and sales teams to deliver highquality products on time and within budget.
Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to understand their needs and pain points translating these insights into actionable product features.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance using data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of product professionals fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- B.E. or MBA in IT/Business Management.
- Extensive experience managing full product lifecycles from ideation to scale.
- Expertise in scaling SaaS products and working with global markets.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and aligning teams.
- Advanced analytical capabilities for datadriven decisionmaking.
Desirable Experience/Skills
- Experience integrating AI/ML features into products.
- Familiarity with the WebRTC domain or similar communication technologies.
- Exposure to enterpriselevel SaaS scaling challenges.
Experience Range: 13 years in Product Management Business Analysis or related roles
