Position Overview: The Faculty of Finance Business Analytics & Supply Chain will play an essential role in equipping students with the financial expertise analytical skills and strategic insights required to thrive in today s datadriven business environment. This position focuses on blending core financial principles with cuttingedge analytics and supply chain strategies to develop future business leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech investment banking economic consulting or supply chain analytics coupled with academic excellence in teaching and research. This role is perfect for professionals passionate about integrating technology financial modeling and data analytics into business education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive courses in Finance for Managers Managerial Economics Business Research Methods Digital Business Analytics Supply Chain Management and Workshops on SQL & Python for Data Analysis.
- Develop and update curricula to incorporate the latest trends in financial modeling economic theory data analytics and supply chain management.
- Introduce students to practical applications of financial tools data visualization and analytical software for realworld business problemsolving.
- Foster an engaging learning environment that emphasizes critical thinking datadriven decisionmaking and strategic problemsolving.
- Collaborate with industry partners to offer students experiential learning opportunities such as internships workshops and live projects.
- Participate in faculty committees curriculum development initiatives and accreditation processes to advance the programs growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: A Ph.D. in Finance Business Analytics Economics Supply Chain Management or a related field (Master s degree with significant industry experience may be considered).
- Experience: 510 years of relevant experience in Financial Modeling Economics Data Analytics Business Research Supply Chain Management. Extensive professional experience in fintech investment banking economic consulting or supply chain analytics. Proven teaching experience in finance economics business analytics or related subjects at the university level. Ability to integrate practical handson learning methods including case studies simulations and live data analysis. Excellent communication interpersonal and mentorship skills. Ability to integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into the classroom.
