Job Description
Our client is a startup company with its parent company based in Germany in the
city of Dusseldorf founded in 2016. Our vision is to revolutionize the domain of retail technology
aiming to automate and simplify our customers shopping experience. We initiated our R&D division
in India to strengthen and expand their R&D team. Their aim is to develop products
that ensure a quick and hasslefree shopping experience for our customers. Our areas of expertise
include fullstack development IoT cloud computing data science computer vision embedded
systems test automation electronics and mechanical engineering
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team.
You will lead the creation of design development and implementation of userfacing features
ensuring seamless user experiences and highly performant applications. This role requires strong
technical expertise leadership skills and a passion for building exceptional web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
Develop and maintain scalable efficient and responsive web applications along with mobile
applications using modern frameworks and technologies (e.g. React native).
Translate UI/UX designs into highquality code.
Ensure crossbrowser compatibility and responsiveness of applications.
Writing unit tests and e2e tests using Vitest React Testing Library Jest or Cypress.
Ensure efficient rendering using React best practices.
Code Quality & Standards
Write clean maintainable and welldocumented code.
Implement best practices in code reviews testing and debugging.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Collaboration.
Work closely with product managers designers and backend developers to deliver
highquality solutions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Innovation & ProblemSolving
Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.
Proactively identify technical challenges and propose solutions.
Contribute to the architecture and design of new features.
Proficiency in (hooks Rendering Lifecycle Methods and more .
Experience in Optimising bundle size lazy loading and memoization techniques.
Required Skills
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3.
Good experience in Figma design tool or any other equivalent tool for UI/UX.
Handson experience with modern frontend frameworks (ReactReactive native or ).
Strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g. Redux Jotai Pinia).
Experience with RESTful APIs GraphQL and integrating with backend services.
Familiarity with build tools like Webpack Vite or Parcel.
Testing: Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Jest Mocha Cypress).
Version Control: Proficient in Git and collaborative workflows (e.g. GitFlow).
Performance Optimization: Knowledge of frontend performance tuning and best practices.
UI/UX: Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) usability and responsive design principles.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 2 years of experience in frontend development.
Experience with TypeScript.
Familiarity with serverside rendering (e.g. ).
Knowledge of microfrontend architectures.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure or GCP).
Specializing in React applications designed for embedded systems with limited processing
power.
Contributions to opensource projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
