Assistant Manager / Manager Accounts & Finance
Location:Ahmedabad
Department: Accounts & Finance
Experience: 34 years postqualification (CA)
Salary: Up toper month
Joining Availability: Preferably within one month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Accounts & Finance team as an Assistant Manager / Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling GST Income Tax Bank Reconciliation and other statutory compliance while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- GST Compliance: Filing GST returns reconciliations and ensuring compliance with GST regulations.
- Income Tax & Compliance: Managing IT returns tax audits and adherence to tax laws.
- Bank Reconciliation: Monitoring and reconciling bank statements with financial records.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements MIS reports and ensuring timely closures.
- Internal & External Audits: Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- TDS & Payroll Processing: Handling TDS calculations deductions and payrollrelated tax filings.
- Vendor & Expense Management: Ensuring timely vendor payments and cost control.
- Coordination with Authorities: Liaising with tax consultants auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Process Improvement: Identifying gaps in financial processes and implementing solutions for efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 34 years of postqualification experience in GST IT and financial compliance.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Experience with accounting software (Tally SAP or similar ERP systems).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analytics tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks deadlines and stakeholder communication effectively.
- Attention to detail problemsolving mindset and strong analytical skills.
Qualifications
Some qualifications you may want to include are Skills Education Experience or Certifications.
