Overview
The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in the visual communication of our brand. This position involves the creation of eyecatching designs that not only captivate the audience but also convey the core values and messages of the organization. Graphic Designers are responsible for translating ideas and concepts into visually appealing graphics that can be used across various platforms including websites social media advertisements and print materials. As a Graphic Designer you will collaborate with other departments to develop creative concepts and produce highquality designs that drive engagement and attract potential customers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and designs for various digital and traditional marketing materials.
- Create and manage visual content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all designs.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design graphics layouts and websites.
- Produce highquality mockups and prototypes for client and stakeholder presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends tools and technologies to maintain design innovation.
- Prepare files for print production and ensure proper color management.
- Assist in the development of branding including logos and corporate identity guidelines.
- Review designs for errors and correctness before final approval and production.
- Manage multiple design projects within tight deadlines.
- Provide creative input and feedback during design reviews and team meetings.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to determine project requirements.
- Create infographics and data visualizations to enhance overall messaging.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets and resources.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Familiarity with web design and multimedia production.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is an advantage.
