TIMG Sydney is seeking Client Service Operators (Printing and Scanning Assistants) to join our dynamic team. Youll be based in the heart of Sydneys CBD working alongside a supportive and inclusive Bureau team that plays a critical role in delivering fast accurate services to our legal industry clients.
About the Role
As a Client Service Operator youll work in the heart of Sydneys CBD as part of our supportive and inclusive Bureau team. Youll play a key role in delivering fast accurate print and scanning services to our legal industry client.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Mailroom duties
- Understanding and following client instructions carefully
- Completing photocopying printing and scanning tasks
- Managing multiple deadlines and juggling priorities
- Ensuring all jobs are delivered accurately and on time

- Friendly confident and composed under pressure
- Ability to carry boxes weighing up to 14 kg
- Quick to follow instructions and eager to learn
- Experience in a fastpaced highvolume environment (legal industry knowledge is a plus but not essential)
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility and a cando attitude willing to go the extra mile
- Proficient IT skills including MS Office and email systems
Youll also need to be comfortable:
- Interacting with people at all levels
- Supporting coworkers
- Performing physical tasks
- Using technology confidently
- Following the policies and procedures
