Job Description
Location: Casino Environment
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in a casino environment. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all contractual agreements within casino ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and safeguarding the interests of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all contracts adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
Manage the contract lifecycle including contract renewals amendments and terminations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external parties.
Handle any contract disputes or issues that may arise and work towards resolution.
Monitor and track contract performance ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations.
Stay uptodate on industry trends and regulations related to casino contracts.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law or related field.
Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in the casino industry.
Strong knowledge of contract law and legal requirements.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
PSIRA registered grade A
Own reliable transport
Min. 3/5 years experience in similar/same role
