Profile Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of as an onboarding coordinate in eCommerce business
- Highly analytical and a logical thinker
- Have developed excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient at multitasking
- Tech savvy and able to use various IT and cloudbased tools to improve efficiency and productivity
Core responsibilities:
- Assisting Marketplace sellers with integration to the platform by providing handson support and guidance via email telephone and facetoface (where required)
- Facilitating the integration and management of seller product listings onto the Marketplace platform
- Assisting sellers with data integrity and quality as per s requirements
- Effectively managing relationships with existing sellers and assist with daytoday operations
- Working closely with Account Managers and the Operations Manager to manage and support the relationship between seller and
- Liaising with various stakeholders to assist with seller quality control
- Working effectively with internal Departments to achieve effective outcomes with sellers
- Analysing and action reports on seller metrics to assist with seller quality control and management

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
