Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans detailing tasks timelines resource allocation and budgets to ensure efficient execution.
Secure all necessary permits and approvals prior to project commencement ensuring full compliance with local building codes zoning laws and environmental regulations.
Design and implement workflows to monitor labour productivity and material usage aiming to minimise wastage and optimise costefficiency.
Coordinate closely with internal departments to keep all project components aligned with target delivery timelines; revise work programs as needed to stay on schedule.
Proactively identify potential risks analyse root causes and implement preventive measures to mitigate future issues.
Drive process improvements to accelerate project progress and enhance overall execution.
Uphold high quality standards by establishing stringent procedures and conducting regular quality control checks.
Prepare and submit detailed weekly monthly and quarterly progress reports to the Project Director and senior management ensuring transparency alignment and informed decisionmaking.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years experience in construction and/or project management preferably with exposure to highrise developments involving system formwork.
Strong ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Selfmotivated technically proficient and a proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
