Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the NetSuite ERP system including system configuration maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Drive enhancements and customizations to meet business needs while adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with data integration partners to ensure seamless data integration with other platforms and systems
- Collaborate with external vendors if needed for customised solutions that cannot be built inhouse
- Administrate system access and provision the relevant roles for users based on business need
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize finance and supply chain workflows through effective ERP utilization.
- Monitor system performance and usage and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Stay up to date on NetSuite releases and features ensuring their effective implementation.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for systemrelated issues and prioritise resolution efforts.
- Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain to ensure a smooth MonthEnd financial closing process
- Lead discussions to gather requirements and implement ERP solutions.
- Act as the liaison between key internal business units and external ERP vendors for business requirements ensuring system improvement alignment with organizational objectives.
- Ensure system compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience managing and administering ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture workflows data integration principles and system configuration.
- Familiarity with finance and supply chain related ERP modules such as General Ledger Accounts Payable/Receivable Financial Reporting & Inventory Management
- Extensive experience working with finance stakeholders to gather requirements troubleshoot issues and support process improvements is desired
- Experience coordinating with internal departments and external vendors or consultants.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines for ERP initiatives.
- Proficient in using reporting and analytics tools within the ERP system.
- Understanding of change management principles and experience supporting user adoption and training efforts.
- Experience in an ecommerce business is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Finance Accounting or a related field and/or relevant certifications (e.g. NetSuite Administrator SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
