. Qualification: Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering 2. Years of Experience: 2 3 years 3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and equipment 4. Behavioral Skills: (1) Team Work (2) Management skills (3) Operations Management (4) Customer Centric (5) Positive Attitude (6) Target Oriented Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision: o Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors onsite. o Provide clear direction and guidance to workers ensuring they understand and adhere to project plans specifications and safety regulations. o Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. 2. Project Management: o Review and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications to understand project requirements. o Assist in the development and implementation of project schedules and budgets. o Monitor project progress against the schedule and budget identifying and addressing potential delays or cost overruns. o Coordinate with Project Managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. o Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation including daily reports logs and progress photos. 3. Safety Management: o Ensure a safe and clean work environment by enforcing safety regulations and procedures. o Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks. o Identify and address potential hazards taking corrective action to prevent accidents and injuries. 4. Quality Control: o Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications. o Conduct regular inspections to identify and correct any defects or deficiencies. o Maintain a thorough understanding of industry best practices and quality control procedures. 5. Subcontractor Management: o Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors to ensure they meet project requirements and schedules. o Monitor subcontractor performance and address any is
