architecture largescale engineering team leadership and endtoend project

What you will do:
Architecture & Technology Leadership Architect and build scalable lowlatency systems for RTB DSP SSP DMP and identity
solutions.
Lead endtoend solution design ensuring system scalability performance security and
maintainability.
Drive adoption of best practices in software design DevOps cloudnative architecture
and data engineering.
Engineering & Team Management
Lead mentor and grow a crossfunctional engineering team.
Foster a highperformance collaborative engineering culture with continuous
improvement and learning.
Project Management & Execution
Own project planning scoping estimation prioritization and delivery using Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
Define project timelines allocate resources and proactively manage risks and
dependencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product
roadmaps.
Monitor progress resolve blockers and ensure delivery within time scope and budget.
Use tools like Jira Confluence Trello or Asana to manage execution and reporting.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers Data Scientists and Business Leaders to translate
functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Communicate architecture plans and project progress clearly across technical and
nontechnical audiences.
Partner with DevOps teams to ensure system uptime reliability and observability.
Requirements
8 years of software engineering experience with 3 years in a technical leadership or
architect role.
Proven track record of managing large engineering teams and leading full project
lifecycles.
Strong handson experience with AdTech technologies: RTB OpenRTB DSP/SSP
platforms user identity frameworks fraud prevention and data pipelines.
Expertise in backend programming languages (Go Java Scala or Python) and realtime
processing tools (Kafka Flink Spark).
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS GCP or Azure) containerization
(Docker Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Background in highscale programmatic advertising or datadriven platforms.
Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects across globally distributed teams.
Knowledge of data privacy frameworks (GDPR CCPA) firstparty data strategies and
audience segmentation.
PMP any programming language and Database certification is a strong plus.

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
