Job Description

As a Client Acquisition Consultant you will be responsible for;

  • Prospecting and connecting with the right clients
  • Having a good understanding of our products and actively upselling and crossselling to our clients
  • Delivering excellent customer service with a solutionsorientated mindset
  • Identifying and utilising opportunities to build relationships with potential clients fellow salespeople and colleagues alike
  • Be a confident communicator with an ability to decipher and share data and information.
  • Pitch to and close clients
  • Manage your client pipeline
  • Consulting with recruitment agencies
  • Identifying the clients goals for growth
  • Have confidence to sell direct to FD/MD/CEO level
  • Present the solutions both in person and virtually to client


We require candidates to have proven experience in a fastpaced cold calling sales role. While not mandatory previous experience in the recruitment industry and familiarity with umbrella companies is highly desirable.

Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales support, business development, or administrative roles (preferably in recruitment, staffing, or a related industry). Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients. Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and communication platforms like Zoom or Slack. Sales & Customer Service Aptitude: An interest in sales, client relationship management, and business development. Initiative & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
