EXIGENCES
- Membre en r gle du Barreau du Qu bec ;
- 2 5 ans dexp rience sp cifiquement en litige fiscal. Aptitude repr senter les clients devant les autorit s fiscales et les tribunaux ;
- Capacit effectuer des recherches approfondies et analyser des lois fiscales ;
- Avoir compl t o tre en voie de compl ter le Programme Fondamental d imp t de CPA Canada ou un programme de ma trise en fiscalit un atout ;
- Dossier acad mique et professionnel sup rieur ;
- Une capacit de communiquer en fran ais et en anglais tant loral qu l crit.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Member of the Quebec Bar in good standing.
- 2 to 5 years of experience specifically in tax litigation. The ability to represent clients before tax authorities and the courts.
- Ability to conduct indepth research and analyze tax legislation.
- Completion of the CPA Canada InDepth Tax Program or have it in progress or a master s degree in taxation an asset.
- Superior academic and professional record.
- Ability to communicate well in French and English (verbal and written).
