Our client is a topnotch fintech company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Receive and allocate sales targets to team members based on the assigned business plan.
Develop and execute monthly action plans to ensure sales goals are achieved.
Personally engage in telesales of financial products to drive sales performance.
Create tailored sales scripts and consultation approaches for different customer segments.
Monitor and assess the quality of calls and team productivity.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staffs sales skills and product knowledge.
Recruit and onboard new telesales agents ensuring smooth integration into the team.
Propose initiatives to improve operations and boost team efficiency.
Collaborate with communication tools and platforms to support sales activities before and during customer consultations.
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of experience in telesales specifically in consumer lending at a bank or financial institution.
Candidates with experience in leading and managing telesales teams are preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Strong skills in filtering analyzing and handling data effectively.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proactive quickthinking and able to perform well under pressure.
