What You ll Do
As an Account Manager you ll be at the forefront of our growth engaging with clients crafting tailored solutions and driving sales success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting & Relationship Building: Identify and connect with prospective clients including Chief Engineers Property Managers and Asset Managers through calls site visits and industry events.
- Client Engagement: Deliver compelling presentations develop customized proposals and maintain strong trustbased relationships with clients.

- Junior Level: 1 years of HVAC sales experience ideally selling maintenance contracts.
- Senior Level: 3 years of experience selling HVAC systems or related commercial services.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in business engineering or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong presentation and communication skills to engage and influence clients.
- Financial acumen for crafting costeffective proposals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
