Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Post job openings on various job boards social media and other relevant platforms.
Source candidates through databases networking headhunting and employee referrals.
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews (phone video or inperson).
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide interview feedback.
Manage the offer process including salary negotiations and reference checks.
Maintain recruitment reports and metrics to assess effectiveness.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future vacancies.
Ensure compliance with all legal and company hiring policies and procedures.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and career events.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and employment legislation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
