Job Description
What youll do
- Share expertise in collating campaign reporting by working with the Trading team and providing administrative assistance and support for the sales team
- Develop and support solutions that deliver high quality proposals and templates to support the sales process
- Collaborate and connect with Account Management and AdOperations to ensure successful end to end campaign execution
- Understand and agree booking implementation and delivery of client campaigns
- Ensuring creative deadlines are met and assets are processed
- Maintain uptodate information in relation to campaign performance revenue activities and industry trends
Qualifications :
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours
- Demonstrate understanding and expertise in working at a publisher media agency or trading desk would be ideal but not mandatory
- Expertise to grow and develop exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Outlook Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Motivation for the media industry and a willingness to learn
- Capable of operating in a fastmoving industry with good time management skills across multiple stakeholders
