Job Description

Crown is seeking a detailoriented and strategic Org Modelling Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role youll manage and maintain our organisational modelling platform Orgvue and play a key part in shaping the future of our workforce structure.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Maintain and update Crowns organisational structure using Orgvue ensuring accuracy and clarity in reporting lines roles and departments including movements in headcount month on month.
  • Quality assure cleanse and update data from systems such as PeopleSoft HR and Orgvue.
  • Integrate data from systems like Peoplesoft HR and Workday to support scenario planning and workforce analysis.
  • Draw insights from data to support organisation design and implementation recommendations.
  • Support change initiatives by visually communicating organisational impacts and providing actionable insights.
  • Deliver clear datadriven reports and dashboards to senior leadership and regulators.
  • Partner with P&C Business Transformation and operational leaders to ensure alignment and data integrity across the business.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience using Orgvue or similar organisational modelling tools (e.g. process mapping workflow analysis data modelling).
  • Strong background in People & Culture or Business Transformation environments.
  • Proven ability to manage and integrate large datasets from multiple sources with proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas and data manipulation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including with senior executives.
  • Experience supporting organisational change (e.g. restructures growth downsizing).

Qualifications :

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management Business Administration Organisational Development or a related field is preferred.
