Job Description
We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join our Retail Energy Market Services team. This role will support billing data processing and transaction management operations for retail energy clients. Youll troubleshoot issues perform quality audits and support platform enhancements in a collaborative and fastmoving environment.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong analytical and communication skills who are eager to grow in the energy industryeven without prior energy or tech experience.
Work Schedule (Vietnam Time)
- 3 Days/Week: 3:00 AM 12:00 PM
- 2 Days/Week: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
- (Includes a 1hour break)
Responsibilities
- Manage daily billing and EDI operations ensuring data quality and issue resolution
- Monitor dashboards audit reports and address transaction exceptions
- Investigate client tickets via internal platforms and SQL queries
- Communicate with clients via support portals and calls
- Write and deliver professional client updates
- Define requirements for system changes and test new features
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to platform innovation
- Support crossfunctional and ad hoc initiatives as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree (Business Engineering Data Energy or related field) or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Excel; SQL experience is a plus
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
- Curious proactive and teamoriented
- Customer support or energy industry experience is a plus
