Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries ensuring product satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot product issues and provide accurate solutions to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products and services to offer relevant assistance.
Document customer interactions and maintain records in the companys system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Continuously improve product and service offerings based on customer feedback.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
