Job Description
Global Tooling & Automation is an international Inetum entity. Our objective is to build and ensure the proper functioning of solutions for Inetum delivery and to guarantee the expected level of quality.
The Position:
- You will be fully integrated into the Global Tooling & Automation entity especially into the ServiceNow team. You will have in charge of CMDB structure and interaction with Discovery and Service Mapping.
The Mission:
- Provide expert guidance and support for our SNOW Platform ensuring alignment with company goals and industrys best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the need and translate into technical specification
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow Platform especially ITOM Discovery to meet specific business needs ensuring a seamless integration with existing or new processes
- Develop automated workflows and scripts to enhance operational efficiency reduce manual efforts automate key processes > focus discovery
- Ensure compliance with ITIL ITOM ITSM and CMDB
- Provide training and guidance to team members enhancing their understanding of SNOW CMDB architecture and mapping
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to ServiceNow processes and procedures enhancing system functionality user experience and quality
- Be up to date with the latest ServiceNow features updates and best practices and apply this knowledge effectively in our environment
- Analyze issues and suggest solutions
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in IT domain.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture development and best practice on ITOM
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM ITOM Discovery CMDB Service Mapping
- Good experience with Windows/Linux SQL and Database technologies
- CIS Discovery CIS Service Mapping and CMDB Certification required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- You have already worked in an Infrastructure Services context.
- Ability to analyze synthesize and solve problems.
- Team spirit collaboration and communication.
- Fluent English spoken and written.
