Were responsible for publishing our fares schedules and availability to customers and supporting the optimisation of our revenue management and accounting systems. About the Role
Were looking for a confident and proactive Senior Systems Analyst to support critical payment systems as a part of our Retail Enablement tribe. This fulltime permanent role is handson and varied; youll need to be calm under pressure great at problemsolving and enjoy working across both cloud and onprem environments in a fastpaced team.
Supporting critical payment systems: youll play a key role in supporting and improving key systems including a newly implemented payment gateway used for both online and offline transactions. Youll manage incidents investigate problems and work closely with internal teams and vendors to keep things running smoothly.
Delivering cloud and API solutions: our systems are a mix of cloudbased and onpremises platforms mainly supporting Javabased applications APIs Mule and other microservices. Youll bring strong knowledge of cloud systems (preferably AWS) and API integrations.
Driving continuous improvements: youll contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of systems using datadriven insights and rootcause analysis to recommend improvements that lift system performance reliability and user experience. Youll also maintain system support documentation to ensure knowledge is uptodate and easily accessible for the wider team.
Oncall support: after your initial training youll join an 24x7 oncall roster covering critical incidents. Youll receive an additional weekly allowance during your rostered oncall hours. Oncall duties are rotated monthly so this will typically be for one week per month (subject to team resourcing).
