Job Description
Payroll & Compliance Management: 70%
Strong hold on Statutory Compliance PF/ESIC/Health Insurance/POSH and coordination with external stakeholders.
Maintaining HR Compliance registers & supervised ISO audits to ensure 100% compliance
Regularly monitored and filed returns for PF ESI and other related compliances with the local state authorities.
Ensured accurate and timely deposits of Provident Fund (PF) Employees State Insurance (ESI) Gratuity and other statutory contributions under Indian labor laws.
Managed mediation and resolution of compliance notices/labor disputes & grievances.
Monthly processing of salaries and standardization of processes IT laws/ declarations/ Proofs management
Insurance Management 30%
- Make recommendations for new company insurance policies ensure that insurance certificates are in full compliance and keep track of important policy details.
- Liaise with medical insurance provider to register new staff leavers claims and cancellation of policies.
- Maintain employee records and paperwork including uptodate records of all medical insurance claims.
- Organize the medical insurance folder effectively enabling documents to be easily found.
- Process and send claims to the Insurance brokers.
- Handle all Grievances related to Insurance towards Internal Stakeholders
