Youll work handson to generate and qualify leads craft prospect outreach flows build automation and support the broader team with ICP research and messaging assets. This is a role for someone whos partbuilder partoutbound operator and fully focused on generating measurable prospect interest.
Youll also be encouraged to apply AIpowered tools to streamline workflows personalize outreach at scale and uncover hidden patterns in data.
Your Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation (HandsOn)
- Personally execute outbound outreach to test new audiences validate messaging and create earlystage pipeline
- Build and maintain prospect lists using tools like Lusha Apollo LinkedIn etc.
- Automate enrichment segmentation and outreach processes where possible
- Leverage AI tools to generate leads draft personalized messaging and optimize targeting strategies
- Monitor outreach performance and continuously optimize for open reply and conversion rates
GTM Messaging Development
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to develop segmentspecific value propositions for Gcore products (Cloud CDN Edge Streaming Security)
- Translate technical features into simple outcomefocused messaging for prospects in various segments
- Use AI to assist in A/B testing messaging variants subject lines and calltoactions
- Draft and iterate on email templates LinkedIn sequences and call scripts
ICP Research & Tooling
- Lead research on ideal customer profiles across products and industries
- Segment and prioritize prospects by geography company size tech stack and intent signals
- Use AI to help surface highpotential accounts or lookalike prospects based on enriched data
- Contribute to internal toolkits for outbound workflows and lead enrichment
Sales Collaboration & Feedback Loop
- Share learnings from outbound execution to inform broader GTM plays
- Work with the sales team to hand off qualified prospects and support handover with context
- Participate in internal feedback sessions to align messaging and targeting

- Enjoy experimenting tracking results and iterating fast
- Are collaborative organized and excited to build systems that scale
