The Compensation Analyst will play a pivotal role in the implementation and maintenance of competitive equitable and businessaligned compensation programs and structures. Spanning across both HQ and Retail populations you will implement and administer compensation programs conduct analyses of compensation data and act as a partner for leaders and People & Culture partners. You will own commissions calculations for our retail population in the US. This position requires a blend of analytical skills understanding of compensation principles the ability to communicate compensation information effectively and execute change within the organization.
Who youll get to do:
Compensation Analysis and Internal Equity:
- Own the job evaluation process for jobs in your client orgs including job classification job leveling and the development of job descriptions to ensure internal consistency. Work with the business to understand jobs edit JDs and pull market data.
- Participate in third party compensation surveys to submit and obtain uptodate market data.
- Manage different compensation structures across the business ability to understand work within and educate on various structures (i.e. Retail structure HQ structure)
- Partner with the P&C BP and Talent Acquisition teams to set fair equitable consistent and competitive pay for open requisitions and review offers to candidates.
- Play a key role in the midyear and merit process; work with P&C BPs to review merit proposals and promotions for pay equity and accuracy.
Retail Sales Commissions:
- Oversee the endtoend process of calculating and distributing sales commissions and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of variable payouts.
- Collaborate closely with retail P&C partners and finance to ensure alignment on commissions plans and policies.
- Evaluate and drive continuous improvements on the commissions processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Compensation Governance & Process Improvement
- Work within and work to refine compensation processes and procedures to drive efficiency accuracy and effectiveness leveraging technology and automation where possible.
- Possess an understanding of and maintain knowledge of applicable federal state and local regulations and compliance requirements that impact pay programs including but not limited to FLSA EEO minimum wage and compensation disclosure regulations.
- Awareness and understanding compensation trends and issues. Partner with Compensation leadership on solves across the organization.
- Partner with cross functional P&C team on reporting and solutions for compensation related processes and data requirements. Analyze and interpret compensation data to generate insights and develop reports for leadership.
Business Partnership & Education
- Provide guidance and support to People & Culture Business Partners managers and employees on compensationrelated inquiries and issues.
- Educate leaders on compensation practices at Vuori. Support the P&C BPs in guiding managers through annual compensation processes as appropriate. Support leaders in building an indepth understanding of pay equity and how it impacts pay decisions.
- Contribute to compensation projects and/or conduct analysis to support the business on data or modeling requests. Provide indepth equitable and intentional options to determine optimal solutions
Qualifications :
What you are:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Retail industry experience is highly valued but not required.
- 3 years of experience in compensation analysis including job evaluation market pricing and program governance.
- Experience with sales commissions calculations preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in compensation benchmarking methodologies survey participation and data analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of compensation laws regulations and compliance requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday SAP Oracle).
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to a wide range of audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

The salary range for this role is $80000 per year $103000 per year.
