The eSales Agent responsible for managing online sales inquiries engaging with potential customers and facilitating the sales process. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service convert leads into sales and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to online sales inquiries received through various channels such as the dealership website email and online marketplaces.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences providing accurate and detailed information about our vehicle inventory features pricing and promotions.
- Schedule appointments for test drives or meetings with sales representatives ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Sells/leases and delivers a minimum of 10 units per month.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads track customer interactions update customer information and generate reports.
- Assists guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs.
- Ensures that the Web site address and phone number is prominently displayed throughout the dealership on business cards flyers pens and all dealership advertising.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and manage online marketing campaigns including social media presence content creation and digital advertising efforts.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of automotive industry trends products and competitors to effectively communicate the value proposition of our dealership.
- Assist in documentation and administrative tasks related to sales inquiries vehicle pricing financing options and other relevant information.
- Follow up with customers after sales or test drives to ensure satisfaction address any concerns and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the dealership.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Some knowledge of automotive products features pricing and financing options is an asset.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and administrative tasks.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the US and submit to preemployment requirements (ie. Background drug screening MVR check valid drivers license.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Previous automotive dealership experience.
