Job Description
- Oversee the project interfaces with EPC third party suppliers equipment vendors client SMEs and end users.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and conflict proactively manage risk and meet client requirements.
- Create and implement interface management plan monitor implementation and track project schedule and progress
- Develop and maintain interface register
- Update Project Director on interface risks that may affect schedule cost safety or quality performance
- Facilitate interface coordination meetings.
- Monitor and report on interface performance.
- Maintain standardised documentation and reports
- Work with planning and document control to ensure interfaces are defined
Qualifications :
- Degree qualifications in construction civil project management or similar function
- Minimum 6 years experience with large complex projects in sectors like oil & gas energy pharmaceutical and semiconductor
- Experienced and successfully completed responsibilities across all stages of project lifecyle
- Demonstrate understanding the construction complex environments clean dry build and hitech equipment installation sequencing and other interfaces that will arise.
- Commercial understanding to be able to describe and document those interfaces in tender document.
- Business level communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and to work proactively as part of a committed team
- People management skills in the context of managing various stakeholders locally and overseas.
- Experience with reporting to the relevant parties directly and being accountable for the overall success of the project deliverables
