Job Description
Your key tasks
- Provide efficient support to clients and prospects ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage and resolve client issues offering professional advice and solutions.
- Assist the sales and business development teams to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback is effectively communicated and addressed.
- Participate in client and prospect meetings offering professional support and advice.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field is typically required.
- Several years of experience in client support customer service or a related role preferably within the financial services or technology industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Problemsolving abilities to manage and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of RFx factory system(Ombud) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales business development and other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Relevant certifications in customer service project management or financial services can be advantageous.
