As our Accounts Receivable Specialist youll play a vital role in keeping our business moving forward! Youll be responsible for ensuring we receive timely payments for our goods and services while accurately recording every transaction. Youll take charge of securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts investigating and resolving discrepancies and making sure every dollar is accounted for with precision and pride.
Here is what you will do:
- Take ownership of customer collections driving swift resolutions to meet and exceed weekly collection targets.
- Investigate and process customer claims related to invoice payments ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation.
- Tackle chargebacks returns and shipment discrepancies with precision and a solutionsfocused mindset.
- Build and maintain a proactive communication rhythm (phone and email) with customers to accelerate payments and resolve outstanding issues.
- Deliver detailed weekly reports on account aging highlighting challenges and proposed solutions.
- Connect with customers via calls and emails to update accounts resolve concerns and strengthen relationships.
- Provide detailed spreadsheet analysis and insights for key customer accounts to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Support audit processes with comprehensive research and documentation when needed.
- Produce weekly cash receipts forecasts to help drive accurate cash flow planning.
- Collaborate closely with our Shared Services Team in Fiji to ensure smooth receipt allocations and follow up with clients on remittances when necessary.
Qualifications :

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and a true teamfirst attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for working with numbers you love digging into reports and making sense of the data.
- Highly professional confidential and able to juggle multiple tasks at speed without sacrificing accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) is a must with intermediate Excel skills ready to shine; experience with CargoWise and Oracle is a bonus!
