As our next Marketing Executive New Zealand & Pacific Islands youll play a key role in shaping how one of the most trusted global brands connects with customers. No two days will be the same youll work across a diverse range of projects as a generalist marketer gaining valuable experience across all areas of the business.
Were looking for a passionate detaildriven marketer with 23 years experience in delivering integrated campaigns. Youll be confident juggling multiple projects working across digital and traditional media and engaging internal and external stakeholders to bring campaigns to life. Your creativity strategic mindset and customerfirst approach will help strengthen Qantas brand presence in the NZ and PI markets.
What youll be doing:
- Strategy development: Support the Regional Marketing Manager to develop an annual strategic consumerled marketing plan and strategy that will meet Qantas New Zealand & Pacific Islands KPIs and objectives.
- Campaign management: Drive the development and endtoend management of retail and trade marketing campaigns across various channels (digital paid media print events etc.) Prepare monthly reports as required.
- Brand management: Support the maintenance and enhancement of brand identity across all marketing materials and channels. Ensure brand consistency in messaging visuals and tone of voice as per guidelines.
- Digital marketing: Manage digital marketing including website updates monthly newsletters email marketing SEO optimisation and paid media campaigns.
- Market research and analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends consumer preferences and opportunities.
- Event coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events trade shows and promotional activities. Coordinate logistics booth setup and promotional material creation and distribution.
- Budget management: Assist in managing marketing budgets tracking expenses and ensuring costeffectiveness of marketing initiatives.
You will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing Communications or a related field with 23 years experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Exceptional written communication skills and a resultsdriven strategic mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Confident adapting to new systems technologies and processes
- High level of professionalism integrity and selfmotivation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate across all levels
- Excellent time management organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable in a fastpaced environment; proficient in Microsoft Office suite
