Job Description

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and proactive individuals who are passionate about delivering tangible results for clients.

Change and transformation is at the heart of our Programme Advisory service. We work across the entire lifecycle conducting diagnostic reviews designing operating models delivering transformation programmes and managing business change activity to embed new ways of working.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the CommercialOfTheShelf (COTS) system implementation; support the selection purchase and integration of COTS software and hardware products to fulfill organizational requirements.
  • Analyzing and modelling data to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Executing both qualitative and quantitative analyses to gather and interpret data.
  • Drawing out highquality insights from data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Engaging with customer stakeholders to understand their issues and create presentations to communicate recommendations.
  • Supporting the conduction of training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer to the clients workforce ensuring they are equipped to use and maintain the COTS systems effectively.

Qualifications :

  • University degree and Programme Management Certification (e.g. PMP PgMP).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Programme and/or Project Management within a complex change environment with multiple workstreams.
  • Experience in the public sector and/or defence sector ideally from a consulting perspective.
  • Experience of managing stakeholders within large and complex organizations.
  • Proficiency in Office 365.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Additional information

  • Must possess or be eligible for security clearance.
  • Expected to be on site 5 days per week.
