Job Description
Tasks
- Lead and manage AIdriven software development projects from concept to completion ensuring theyre delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including toptier engineering talent to align project goals and expectations.
- Identify potential risks in project timelines and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Communicate project progress and key updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages team members to contribute their best ideas and solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing software development projects from start to finish.
- Solid understanding of AI technologies and their application in business settings.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks prioritize effectively and hit deadlines consistently.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
