Territory Coverage Expansion & Execution Excellence
- Mapping & covering the existing outlet universe: Regularly visit all assigned accounts to maintain high visibility and product availability.
- Identifying expansion opportunities: Build a hunting list of highpotential outlets and work on onboarding them.
- Closing execution gaps: Make sure all listed accounts are hitting execution standards from cooler placement and POS tools to Hi5 KPIs (availability visibility activation etc.).
Sales Growth Relationship Building & Brand Representation
- Strengthen relationships with key account decisionmakers and staff to become a trusted Red Bull partner.
- Implement and follow up on sales agreements in alignment with your managers strategy.
- Represent the brand with energy professionalism and authenticity ensuring every outlet reflects Red Bulls premium image and standards.
- Support national campaigns and local activations tailoring execution to fit the unique character of each venue.
Performance Reporting & Data Accuracy
- Monitor and measure key performance metrics like volume growth execution quality and market coverage.
- Work on improving data quality by maintaining accurate and uptodate records in tools like the Factbook GET system and KAT file.
- Share insights regularly to identify trends spot challenges and propose ways to improve account performance.
Qualifications :
- Graduates who have completed their bachelors degree by July 2025 with 03 years of experience.
- Energetic eager to learn and wont take no for an answer.
- Passionate about Red Bull & the brand.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
- Fluent proficiency in English & Arabic.
